Ceasefire: A Sign of Victory
The United States' depiction of peace in Lebanon sharply contrasts with its aggressive foreign policy, characterized by hypocrisy, a disregard for the rule of law, and double standards.
Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Friday – Jummah Mubarak!
Today, as we come together with our families, let's remember those in Gaza, Lebanon, and other places who have lost family members and are without basic necessities such as food, water, electricity, and shelter.
Bombing homes, hospitals and killing innocents is no victory. It is a disgraceful defeat for the Zionist occupation of the holy land for 75 years, moreover there was no path forward except for the USA and Europeans to rescue the Zionist Israel with a ceasefire.
More than half a million residents have left northern Israel with no intention of returning, whereas the people of southern Lebanon are returning to their homes in celebration. This is not a sign of defeat but rather a testament to victory and a symbol of triumph.
The impact by Hezbollah on the Zionist economy and destruction of the military complex has forced Netanyahu to wave the white flag and surrender to the Lebanese resistance.
The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Israeli officials, including the Prime Minister, for alleged war crimes in Gaza. This action follows reports of a significant number of Palestinian casualties, with a substantial proportion being women and children.
In a statement on X, Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir described the agreement as a "historic mistake," portraying it not as a ceasefire but as a humiliating capitulation.
Thanksgiving.
America's Pilgrims led our nation in continuous prayers of thanksgiving for peace, justice, and the absence of war. This is the divine work of Almighty Allah, the most merciful and compassionate.
It is tragic that the spirit of brotherhood, sisterhood, humility, and gratitude, which once laid the foundation for this great nation, appears to have almost vanished.
Politicians are frequently seen not as humble public servants but as haughty, self-interested individuals. They often face accusations of failing to uphold the ethical standards, international laws, or constitutional principles of the constituencies they serve.
Only individuals filled with humility and gratitude can expect to receive the Lord's favor and blessings.
This Thanksgiving, let us fervently give thanks for being spared thus far from the devastation of global nuclear war because every neocon and Zionist in a position of power in Washington, D.C., is doing everything they can to incite Russia, China, and Iran into nuclear war.
In times when good news appears rare, I still find solace in Thanksgiving. It provides a moment for everyone to stop and contemplate. This Thanksgiving, let us all unite in prayer to prevent global nuclear conflict.
However, it is claimed that the Christian Right and numerous evangelicals in America are promoting the ideology of Armageddon and advocating for war—specifically with nations such as Russia, Iran, China, and North Korea.
The Scofield Bible has been influential in shaping the views of American evangelical Christians towards Zionism, transforming them into staunch advocates of Christian Zionism, which is often associated with the biblical prophecy of Gog and Magog in Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39.
I will say Moscow, Beijing, Tehran, Damascus, or North Korea doesn’t want war; The only capitals that want war are Washington, D.C., Tel Aviv, Kiev, London and Paris.
COPP29
The year 2024 is shaping up to be the warmest on record. There have been an unprecedented number of destructive hurricanes, cyclones, tsunamis, and tornadoes.
Record rainfalls have led to devastating mudslides, erasing entire towns worldwide. As the year draws to a close, climate scientists have reported that 2024 marks the first year the world's average surface temperature has surpassed the pre-industrial average by 1.5 degrees Celsius.
COP29, which concluded on November 22 in Baku, Azerbaijan, aimed to tackle the looming climate catastrophe and save the planet. Regrettably, it ended in failure, assigning blame to third world and BRICS countries—a move seen by many as hypocritical.
The world's major polluters include the USA, China, Russia, India, European nations, and the military-industrial complex. Notably, countries such as the U.S., Germany, and Russia did not attend COP29.
The conference sidestepped the impact of fossil fuels and instead facilitated new deals involving these energy sources. This included allowing 1,773 fossil fuel lobbyists and 480 carbon capture and storage lobbyists to attend the event.
A significant rift has emerged between lobbyists/colonial states and developing countries. The lobbyists advocate for fossil fuels and dismiss "green fuel" as inconsequential. Furthermore, despite being the largest polluters, they are only pledging a meager $250 billion by 2035.
After developing countries deemed the initial offer insufficient, the conference was prolonged until the proposal was augmented to $300 billion. Numerous specialists estimate the requisite amount to be nearer to $1.3 trillion annually.
A significant feature of the conference was the presence of the Palestinian delegation at COP29, which sought to emphasize the link between global warming and the siege of Gaza by Israel, contributing to the environmental catastrophe in the region due to ongoing bombing.
It is contradictory that Azerbaijan, a Muslim-majority country, supplied 28% of the crude oil to Israel between October 2023 and July 2024.
The supply of gas and oil by Azerbaijan and Turkey raises questions about their stance on climate justice, considering the critical role of fossil fuels in climate change.
BRICS and China.
The dominance of the U.S. is being contested by BRICS nations, particularly China. Previously labeled as the world's foremost emitter of greenhouse gases—when U.S. military emissions were excluded from the data—China is now evolving into a frontrunner in adopting climate-friendly practices.
Under Xi Jinping's leadership, China has significantly shifted its environmental policies, made substantial progress in eradicating deep poverty, and invested heavily in solar and wind power to promote clean energy technologies.
In 2023, China was responsible for producing 60% of the world's electric vehicles, 98% of the world's electric buses, and two-thirds of the global wind and solar projects.
China's solar capacity is significantly bolstered by hundreds of solar farms, contributing to 40% of its capacity. The country's wind power growth has outpaced all others. In contrast, the United States has a modest number of offshore wind power plants.
The Chinese government has allocated billions in state support, encompassing buyer rebates, sales tax exemptions, the establishment of charging stations, and research and development assistance for the electric vehicle industry.
In contrast, Congress has authorized trillions in military spending, with the Pentagon being exempt from pollution controls, illustrating how working-class taxpayers are subsidizing the military-industrial complex.
