Happy Holiday!
The Prophet (saw) said, ‘Rajab is the month of Allah, Sha’ban is my month, and Ramadan is the month of my Ummah’.
When My Arms Cannot Reach People Close to My Heart. I Always Hug Them with My Prayers.
May Allah (God) bless us with good health and longevity as we continue our pursuit of peace and justice.
As 2025 nears, and with three years of blogging experience, I intend to reduce my involvement in political discussions, concentrate on studying the Quran, the history of the Prophets, and the Ahlul Bayt, and aim to publish blog posts maybe twice a month.
This decision will grant me more time to travel with my family, my children, and grandchildren included. Life is transitory and short, and my younger days are behind me.
“Take advantage of five opportunities before five challenges emerge: your youth before you age; your health before illness; your wealth before financial hardship; your leisure before busyness; and your life before it ends.” Prophet Muhammad.
I am heading to Tampa for a family reunion, to edit my memoirs, finalize my WILL, and engage in a host of planned activities.
This trip marks my last adventure of the year 2024. I'm incredibly excited for a non-stop journey during these final two weeks of the year!
As the New Year begins and we observe the crescent moon of Rajab, we enter the three most sacred months in the Islamic calendar.
During this time, numerous Muslims engage in fasting throughout these months, with some choosing to fast on specific days each week.
I extend my heartfelt congratulations to my fellow Muslims on the advent of the blessed month of Rajab, commencing on January 1st, 2025.
May Allah bless you and your honored family with mercy, joy, divine love, peace, prosperity, and a long life of good health.
The recent elections have elicited a range of complex reactions, characterized by anxiety, fear, and apprehension, during a year burdened with challenges such as ongoing genocide, regime changes, climate crises, extensive proxy wars, poverty, racism, and militarism.
I will not mince words nor sugar coat: we are traversing a period of great uncertainty, confronting threats like nuclear conflict and climate catastrophe.
Indeed, the path forward is uncertain and unclear; however, we should not allow the recent events in the Middle East to deter us from seeking justice, liberating Palestine, achieving global peace nor curtailing our support of the Resistance Movement.
The coming days, months, and years will be a test of our resilience against the trials and tribulations we encounter.
Today Anglo-Saxson Zionist Imperial colonial superpower strive to make us feel hopeless and defeated; however, we must forge a resistance movement empowered by the strength of community solidarity and unity.

Let it be known, my children, that not every wish can be granted, and one cannot expect to escape death.
Find contentment& thankful in what you honestly and honorably receive or possess.
Exercise patience, and do not allow your desires or anger to overwhelm you, as many desires can lead to disappointment, distress, and failure.
Maintain your self-respect, humility, nobility, and honor; do not be oppressive or disobedient or rude to the lord, parents, spouse, your neighbors & children.
Protecting what you already have is preferable to seeking assistance from others. Always control your spending and refrain from extravagance.
Take heed, my children, and be cautious not to enslave yourselves to anyone. Allah has created you as free individuals.
Do not trade your freedom for anything. There is no true gain or real value in benefits that you derive. Speak up against oppression; never be neutral or silent.
There is no value in wealth and power obtained through dishonorable means, as it involves sacrificing your dignity and self-respect or subjecting yourself to humiliation and insults.
Compensation for losses incurred through excessive and careless talk is difficult to offset. The best method to safeguard water in a reservoir is to seal its opening. It's no surprise that the Lord provided 32 teeth to guard one tongue, which, if used appropriately, can be as sweet as honey, or if misused, as sharp as a sword.
My dear children, I will leave you with a few beautiful quotes to cherish & treasure:
Quotes from Imam Ali (as)
“Lead such a life, that, when you die, the people may mourn you, and while you are alive, they long for your company.”
“Body is purified by water. Ego by tears. Intellect is purified by knowledge. And soul is purified with love.”
“Never make a decision in anger and never make a promise in happiness.”
As the year ends, let us remember all our martyrs and those who passed away in 2025, including our loved ones.
May God (Allah) grant them a place of close proximity to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), Jesus (pbuh), Noah (pbuh), Abraham (pbuh), and the Imams of Ahlul Bayt. Ameen.
