My key values and principle are:

  • All human beings are entitled to the same level of life, protection, and freedom. My core values are peace, love, and liberty.

  • Criminal justice systems which are principal sources of grave human rights violations, including extrajudicial executions, torture.

  • Enhancing access to justice and promoting human rights and fundamental freedoms for all, including women, children and marginalized populations.

  • Eliminate discrimination and intolerance which are often based on or justified by prejudice and stereotyping of people and social groups, consciously or unconsciously; they are an expression of prejudice in practice.

  • Fight Racism and intolerance which are two of the oldest and most deeply rooted problems globally.

  • Lobby for fair criminal justice reforms through advocacy and activism.

  • Fight to eliminate unfair Jail and prison conditions which are unsafe and inhumane.

  • Investigate human right violations, injustices and advocates for reforms.

My Bio:

I was born and raised in Kenya and in 1972, travelled to the UK for further studies.

Subsequently moved to the USA in 1980, and began public service with the Allentown, Pennsylvania Muslim Community in 1985.

In addition to serving as a Program Organizer, Secretary, Assistant Treasurer and Vice President, in 1996, I became the President of the SIJPA and embarked on building the Al-Ahad Islamic center.

I am also been politically active in local election races and Interfaith dialogue serving on the board of Lehigh Valley Justice Institute, Vice chair of Lehigh Valley ACLU, Lehigh Conference of Churches, Interfaith Action committee, End Mass Incarceration, and Imamia Medics International.

I believe in the cause of social justice through freelance writing on my blog, in the national and global newspapers.

I have Publish the book : “Inspirational Insight”. Married with two boys and two girls.
