Pope Francis shook the church with sincerity. Encyclical, “Laudato Si,” a timely gift to humanity & encyclical "Fratelli Tutti," focused on the theme of fraternity & dedicated it to Sheikh Al-Tayyeb.
I came to think of this meeting with Sistani today. A rare meeting, but obviously a fruitful meeting. Hopefully the dialogue with continue also after the Pope now have passed away. Let it be a reminder of the close ties that exist if only we are willing to see them.
